📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
