📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate daily fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fleet performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.
• Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in achieving operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required.
