📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate training solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are well-coordinated and integrated.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff in the training and development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
