📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize our online storefronts using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
- Oversee inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations.
- Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and implement strategies to improve our e-commerce performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and drive sales through various digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our operations.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to ensure the smooth running of our e-commerce operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
