📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
