Hotel Oka Store is looking for a Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Palembang. As a Lead Internal Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits across the organization.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Identify and assess risks, vulnerabilities, and control weaknesses within the organization.,Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues and improve controls.,Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Collaborate with senior management to ensure the effective implementation of audit findings and recommendations.,Maintain and update internal audit policies, procedures, and guidelines.,Conduct training and development programs for internal audit staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant audit software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
