📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.,Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients, collaborating with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and evaluate patient care processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain accurate documentation.,Participate in staff training and development programs to promote continuous learning and improvement.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.,Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment by implementing infection control measures and ensuring proper hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role in a healthcare facility.,Certification in advanced nursing practice (e.g., ANP, APRN) is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare software.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
