As a Lifestyle Host, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. Your mission is to create memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.

S Loft Manado is a vibrant and innovative hotel located in the heart of Manado. We pride ourselves on offering a unique blend of modern comforts and traditional charm, making us a favorite among both local and international travelers. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with our hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide exceptional front desk services, including reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Assist with the preparation of guest rooms and public areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Promote and sell hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest's stay.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.
• Stay informed about local events, attractions, and cultural activities to provide personalized recommendations to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and local language (Manado).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer service certification (e.g., Bellman Hospitality Training Institute, IHMA) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
