Apotek Anggi Mart is looking for a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific department within our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacy management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve performance and achieve departmental goals.,Manage and mentor department staff, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Monitor departmental performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to drive the overall success of the pharmacy.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmacy industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, laws, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in remote work and team collaboration tools is a plus.
