Tijili Seminyak Hotel is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the hotel premises to prevent and deter any security threats or incidents.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of all hotel areas.,Respond promptly to any security alarms or emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Enforce hotel security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, and address any security-related concerns or inquiries.,Work closely with other departments to ensure the overall safety and security of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security and hospitality.,Good understanding of security systems and equipment, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid security license or certification is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
