📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure that tables are set, cleared, and properly maintained throughout the shift.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restrooms and high traffic zones.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and cleaning.,Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.,Adhere to health and safety guidelines, as well as food safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a Server/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage knowledge is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
