📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Oversee a team of employees, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
