📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of the area operations.,Coordinate with sales teams to achieve sales targets.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.,Conduct regular visits to distributors and retailers to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Provide support in the recruitment and training of sales staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the dairy or FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales management software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
