📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily branch operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the central office for inventory, promotions, and other operational matters.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the Branch Manager.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of branch strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
