📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising daily operations,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Provide training and support to junior staff members,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment,Familiarity with equipment and facilities management,Valid certification in maritime safety or equivalent,Proficient in English and local language,Previous experience in a similar role within the company is a plus
