📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teachers in planning and preparing lesson plans, activities, and materials.,Support students in the classroom by providing guidance, encouragement, and assistance with their learning.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.,Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.,Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom resources and materials.,Participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities as needed.,Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth operation of the school.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or working with children.,Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.,Passion for working with young children and making a positive impact on their lives.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.
