Smart Shop Ekspansindo is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company's financial goals.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.,Work with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
