Shop Crown Mandiri is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This is an immediate opportunity for a candidate who is ready to make an impact from day one.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right candidates are hired for the organization.,Manage employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee grievances and disputes to resolve them in a fair and timely manner.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
