As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote and in-office tasks effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and supplier dynamics is a plus.
