📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Update and maintain guest records and reservation systems.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
