Bidang Krisna Electronics is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
