📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies.,Monitor client accounts to ensure timely delivery of products/services and address any issues promptly.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, acting as a liaison between the company and the client.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliverables.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and provide feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
