📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.,Handle logistics-related issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
