📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.,Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers to ensure high performance and customer service standards.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage product deliveries and restocks.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
