This role is crucial in providing exceptional care and support to our residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, a passion for caring for individuals with dementia, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare centre, ensuring high standards of care and safety for residents.,Develop and implement care plans for residents with dementia and AAC needs, in collaboration with the medical team.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Coordinate with healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure seamless care delivery.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families, acting as a liaison and advocate.,Oversee the financial management of the centre, including budgeting and reporting.,Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance the quality of care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a dementia or AAC specialized setting.,Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in financial management and budgeting.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in working with diverse cultures and populations.
