📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and improve workplace productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
