📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure projects and ensure they meet our standards.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and clients.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our construction projects and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
