📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and implement daily activities and lessons to support children's learning and development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the daily schedule, including meal times, outdoor play, and rest periods.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and supportive partnership.
• Stay up-to-date with early childhood education best practices and trends, and incorporate new ideas and strategies into your teaching.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individual differences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Kindy or similar setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Experience with play-based learning and developmental activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid teaching certificate or equivalent.
