As a Customer Service Assistant at Koperasi Dagang Emas Pulau Pinang Berhad, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. You will handle customer calls, emails, and in-person interactions, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services
• Resolve customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate departments if necessary
• Record and maintain customer records using our in-house CRM system
• Assist in the organization and management of customer data and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer service standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal work experience in customer service or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Enthusiasm for working in a cooperative environment and a commitment to customer satisfaction
