📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to maritime training instructors and administrative staff.
• Maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
• Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT-related issues.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are always cutting-edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficient in using ITIL framework for IT service management.
• Experience with IT support software such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Familiarity with maritime industry software and systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
