As an Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects. You'll work closely with our talented VFX and motion graphics artists, ensuring that all aspects of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, run smoothly. Utilizing tools like Autodesk Flame, Nuke, and After Effects, you'll manage workflows, timelines, and resources to meet project deadlines. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our diverse range of clients, including international brands and local creative agencies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage project workflows and timelines using project management tools like Asana, Trello, and Jira.
• Oversee pre-production planning, including client meetings, concept development, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to client specifications and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations within the creative industries.
• Proven experience in managing VFX, motion graphics, or animation projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
