📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage a team of 20-30 staff, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B staff.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and optimize revenue, including room rates, food and beverage sales, and other income sources.
• Ensure the hotel meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and attract guests.
• Respond to guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a budget hotel setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of revenue management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
