📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily molding operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Report on production performance and provide recommendations for process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in molding processes and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
