📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily flight operations, including scheduling and dispatching.
• Monitor aircraft performance and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Collaborate with pilots, air traffic controllers, and ground staff to ensure smooth and safe flight operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any technical issues and ensure aircraft readiness.
• Monitor and manage flight schedules, including delays and cancellations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Provide support to pilots and ground staff during flight operations.
• Participate in regular briefings and debriefings to discuss flight operations and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight operations or a related role in the aviation industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures, including ICAO and IATA standards.
• Experience with flight planning software such as Jeppesen or Navigraph.
• Experience with aircraft performance monitoring tools such as FMS or EFB.
• Valid ICAO license or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
