📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage a team of 20-30 staff, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B staff.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and optimize revenue, including room rates, food and beverage sales, and other income sources.
- Ensure the hotel meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular staff training and development programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and attract guests.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a budget hotel setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and teams.
- Strong understanding of revenue management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
