🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT release management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with release management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Certification in ITIL or PRINCE2 is a plus.
