Lead and mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using data science techniques.,Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and optimize user experience.,Create and maintain comprehensive data models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to support business decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.,Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling.,Proven track record of delivering impactful data science projects that drive business value.,Experience with Python, R, and SQL, and familiarity with data science libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.,Strong understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.,Ability to mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
