📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial pumps and dewatering systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pump-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pump systems into larger projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance for future reference.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pump efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial pump maintenance and repair.
• Proven track record of working with industrial pumps and dewatering systems.
• Familiarity with common brands and models of industrial pumps, such as Goulds, Flowserve, and Grundfos.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems relevant to pump operation.
• Certification in pump maintenance and repair, such as the Certified Pump Engineer (CPE) or similar, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
