📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the F&B outlets.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, providing training and development opportunities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal food and beverage availability.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to drive sales growth and achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Leverage data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
