Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, using ATS systems like Greenhouse and Lever.
- Oversee employee data management in HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Handle employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance on benefits and compensation packages.
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
- Proven experience using HRIS systems like BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
